Find an experienced plumber in Waterloo

I need a kitchen tap replaced to a new one (already purchased). Looking for a certified plumber only.

Replace or fix water-damaged vanity. Would be good if I could just pull out the ceramic bowl and put a new front in but may need to replace whole thing? Will be replacing bathroom in a couple of years so I'm keen to do it cheaply but not sure where to start.

When i turn tap to cold water the water pressure goes down and there is only small stream of water. When i turn tap to hot water it is working normally.

Note: It looks like the sealant was layered on several times unprofessionally over the years.
