Rod connecting mixer tap to sink needs to be adjusted so that swivel handle turns to correct side for hot or cold water. I have removed the steel plate, rubber and bolt connecting tap to sink. Rubber most likely needs replacing.

Shower head is leaking with a really low water pressure. Water is seen flowing along the hose. Not sure if it's the hose or the thread problem. Need a diagnosis and fix.

I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed.
