change the kitchen mixer tap to a new one, already purchased the new one from bunnings.

My mixture tap was leaking, so I tried to replace the cartridge myself, but the cartridge was not removable, so I decided to replace it with a new tap. The supply pipe is thin, so I had to replace the connection, but I couldn't do it myself, so I decided to ask a plumber to do it for me. I have already purchased a new mixture tap.

Water leaks from under the sink. I take a screw off and pull the tap off tried to see what's happening. Then I found that the while ring was broken(pls see the picture). I didn't know what to do, so put it all back together but it now leaks even worse, the water is not running, all are leaking... please help me out

Mixer tap cap to be removed (unscrewed) - will require the necessary wrench or similar. It is extremely tight as we have tried with a strap wrench and a vice grip with no luck.

Hi, we need a plumber for a shower leak. The shower is on the second floor; we’ve already resealed the grout and have ruled out the shower walls and base. The leak seems to be coming from the pipework, accessible via the ceiling/roof space on the first floor (photos attached). Please quote to inspect, identify the source, and repair the leaking pipework.

I need a leak report for my shower base. Leak is on the right edge highlighted resulting in a leak and damage to the downstairs ceiling. I need a report outlining the leak particularly the cause of the leak and the likelihood of it not being due to wear and tear but an impact. I also have a a building inspection from late last year when the property was purchased starting the good order of the shower which needs to be considered. Finally the base is currently sealed with tarp for waterproof use so will need to be replaced once removed for inspection.

We’ve recently noticed moisture under our floating vinyl floorboards in the apartment.
