The mixer tap spins but no water comes out. It started to over spin before it finally broke.

Install a kitchen mixer tap. Current setup is with hot and cold taps. The sink hole will need to be cut to fit new mixer tap. I’ve included photos which show what needs to be done. If you need other information just let me know.

Water leaks from under the sink. I take a screw off and pull the tap off tried to see what's happening. Then I found that the while ring was broken(pls see the picture). Mixer tap cap to be removed (unscrewed) - will require the necessary wrench or similar. It is extremely tight as we have tried with a strap wrench and a vice grip with no luck.

I need a leak report for my shower base. Leak is on the right edge highlighted resulting in a leak and damage to the downstairs ceiling. I need a report outlining the leak particularly the cause of the leak and the likelihood of it not being due to wear and tear but an impact. I also have a a building inspection from late last year when the property was purchased starting the good order of the shower which needs to be considered. Finally the base is currently sealed with tarp for waterproof use so will need to be replaced once removed for inspection.

We’ve recently noticed moisture under our floating vinyl floorboards in the apartment. The floor started curling slightly 4–5 days ago, and over the last 1–2 days we’ve felt a soft “squishy” sensation when walking on it. Hey there. Looking for someone who can fix my leaking shower head - has been giving us a headache for a while now! I’ve tried to fix it myself, but have only got as far as removing the silicone and trying to remove the taps. However, the taps themselves are quite old and I don’t have a tool that can fit the middle for removal. Trying to get an idea for quotes! My shower is dripping water

Obscure leak behind my shower, which I believe is the cause but after grouting still unsure if repaired. Noticed because skirting board on opposite side was damp and swollen. If possible find fix and replace skirting also.

When the shower is used, water seeps through the tiles or flooring and leaks into the bedroom next to the bathroom. Required action: The shower/bathroom needs professional waterproofing repair/replacement, which will likely involve taking up all the old tiles, replacing the waterproofing, and re-tiling. I was going to go the sealant route, but then I want to be on the safe side when it comes to trapped water under tiles. I will supply the tiles. Bought from Bunnings, but need to be picked up from the store. Recommended actions by the plumber that came: "Recommend rewater proof, grout and retile areas recaulk bathroom" Provide quotes please.

I have an old toilet that has water constantly flowing into the tank from the bowl (circled in blue). I have taken a picture of the water tank from the top as a reference. Additionally, I also need to have the toilet seat from the same toilet replaced with a new bidet toilet seat. Instructions for the new toilet seat have also been provided.
