Rod connecting mixer tap to sink needs to be adjusted so that swivel handle turns to correct side for hot or cold water. I have removed the steel plate, rubber and bolt connecting tap to sink. Rubber most likely needs replacing.

Need help fixing our shower leak. It appears like the connections behind the shower have a leak. If you remove the green door in the picture, you should be able to access the gap behind the shower tiles. I've also attached images of the shower fixture.

I have already purchased a replacement shower hose. However, I’m unable to remove the existing connection because the nut is extremely tight and I don’t have the proper tools to loosen it. I need a technician to remove the old hose and install the new one.
