I will supply a new IKEA ÄLMAREN kitchen mixer tap, and need a plumber to remove the existing leaking mixer tap and install the new one.

My kitchen sink mixer tap has an issue where the curved metal spout detaches when the water pressure is turned up. The spout can be pushed back into place and works under low water pressure, but it pops out when the water pressure increases. The rubber O-rings appear to be intact. I suspect the retaining screw or internal locking mechanism may be loose or damaged, but I’m not certain. .

The kitchen mixer tap is leaking around the body/spout connection. I have also found water inside the cupboard under the sink. The exact source of the leak is unknown. Please see the attached photos. Need help fixing our shower leak. It appears like the connections behind the shower have a leak. If you remove the green door in the picture, you should be able to access the gap behind the shower tiles. I've also attached images of the shower fixture.
