Hi All, Anyone out there available to source and install a toilet seat (current is broken) and kitchen mixer (leaking) in st kilda today?

Existing sink mixer is leaking from an edge/seam. I have purchased same type. I believe it’s a pretty straight forward easy job.

Water leaks from under the sink. I take a screw off and pull the tap off tried to see what's happening. Then I found that the while ring was broken(pls see the picture). I didn't know what to do, so put it all back together but it now leaks even worse, the water is not running, all are leaking... please help me out

Mixer tap cap to be removed (unscrewed) - will require the necessary wrench or similar. It is extremely tight as we have tried with a strap wrench and a vice grip with no luck.

Hey there. Looking for someone who can fix my leaking shower head - has been giving us a headache for a while now! I’ve tried to fix it myself, but have only got as far as removing the silicone and trying to remove the taps. However, the taps themselves are quite old and I don’t have a tool that can fit the middle for removal. Trying to get an idea for quotes! My shower is dripping water

Obscure leak behind my shower, which I believe is the cause but after grouting still unsure if repaired. Noticed because skirting board on opposite side was damp and swollen. If possible find fix and replace skirting also.

Contractor's insurance required. *Task set to $20 so can get quotes Issue: A plumber came and said the shower base has failed. When the shower is used, water seeps through the tiles or flooring and leaks into the bedroom next to the bathroom. Required action: The shower/bathroom needs professional waterproofing repair/replacement, which will likely involve taking up all the old tiles, replacing the waterproofing, and re-tiling. I was going to go the sealant route, but then I want to be on the safe side when it comes to trapped water under tiles. I will supply the tiles. Bought from Bunnings, but need to be picked up from the store. Recommended actions by the plumber that came: "Recommend rewater proof, grout and retile areas recaulk bathroom" Provide quotes please.

I believe something has clogged the toilet pipes, as now on a semi regular basis sewage-like fumes will begin to come out of the toilet. It seems to happen at different times of the day. I do not know if there is something that can be poured down the pipes or another way to fix it, I have tried bleach several times.

I have an old toilet that has water constantly flowing into the tank from the bowl (circled in blue). I have taken a picture of the water tank from the top as a reference. Additionally, I also need to have the toilet seat from the same toilet replaced with a new bidet toilet seat. Instructions for the new toilet seat have also been provided.

Toilet is leaking after each flush, needs diagnosis and fix. Uncertain if leaking is from o-ring seal, or wing nuts, leak coming down right side onto door after flush, photos added

Toilet flush and tab should be fixed. Tabs are too hard to close.
