There is moisture coming up through the floor of my outdoor studio. I'm not sure how water is getting in as there is no water underneath the studio. Uninstall and disconnect old heater and install new one. Electric 315lt Very easy access. And space not an issue. Installed inside laundry and a small stoop/hob which is existing.

Remove old taps and replace with new taps already purchased.

I have a garden pond that is leaking. It needs the liner replaced. I think this job will involve the following steps: 1. Empty pond of water. 2. Remove all plants and stones. 3. Re-set or replace pond liner. This may involve some tricky work attaching to the stone border of the pond. 4. Replace stones + plants. 5. Refill.
