Shower head is leaking with a really low water pressure. Water is seen flowing along the hose. Not sure if it's the hose or the thread problem. Need a diagnosis and fix.

My shower (10+ years old) is leaking from one bottom corner during use. The leak appears to be coming from where the shower screen frame meets the floor/wall. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos.
