Install new double sink in place of old single bowl. Use same mixer tap. I already have new sink which has slightly larger dimensions.

I have a shower head that makes a loud squealing noise when the water is turned on. It was previously leaking at the point where the coupling was connected to the shower pipe, but I've replaced the o-rings which has stopped the leaking but has not solved the squealing sounds. There is no threading on either the coupling or shower pipe and is held in place by the O-Rings and a screw at the top.
