I need a plumber with tools (and muscles) to install this washing machine at my newtown home. I thought I could do it myself and now the pipe into the tap is on too tight I can’t get it off! I thought it was on tight, then I turned the tap on and water leaked out, so maybe I’m missing a part. Looking for help Sunday. Thanks

Pilot light on my gas hot water system went out after a gas supply shutoff (gas supply confirmed working - stove runs fine). Need it relit asap - before 9:30am or after 1pm please. It’s a standard outdoor gas storage tank with easy access. Should be a quick job for someone who’s done these before. If the pilot won’t stay lit it may need a new part - if you’re a licensed gasfitter, happy for you to quote on the spot. Bonus $10 if you bring surface spray and give the area around the unit a quick hit - there are some spiders in there.

Leaking outdoor tap, have a tap repair kit.

Seal connecting cistern to pipe has failed and is dripping water. Replacement required. Was done recently by a plumber but clearly not a good job. I work from Home so a plumber could do this on the way through to another job.
