For the experienced plumber it should not be more than 30 minutes job as both connections are just next to the wall with copper water pipe & sevrege inlet connections as shown in white & yellow lines.

I think my washer’s pipe is leaking. I need a handyman to help me move the washer out to check if it’s the pipe behind that leaks. There’s a dryer on top of the washer as well, so you’ll need to be able to move the washer n dryer in and out.

Have a issue with the toilet running water when not in use. Need a plumber to come in to fix and check it out

When flushed with a full tank of water the toilet flushes. However when it goes to fill up the tank again, the water continues to run without filling the tank. The only way we have stopped the water from continuing to run is by filling the back of the tank with approximately 3L of water. Only then the water will automatically shut off again.

Looking to replace a toilet with a new toilet. Toilet must be new but can be refurbished - can get one from Bunnings that I picked out and bring it over but you probably need to go and see the spot first, hop out and get the the toilet and then install. - must be completed before this friday.
