Kitchen tap is loose at the base and needs tightening. Quick job, shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes.

The water rises up and slowly goes back down without flushing.

Wax seal on toilet is leaking and needs replacement - see attached image Only top rubber is leaking

Handyman to please fix toilet seat which has started to come off and install second wall screw to mount a large artwork to the wall

We have a constant drip from our shower head and from the bottom of the mixer in the wall. We tried to DIY this fix but the new valve cartridge we bought (Kinetic 35mm Mixer Tap Flat Cartridge) made the leak worse. Conceding that we need a plumber’s help. Thanks

I am in the process of my bathroom renovation. We are at the stage of fit off but the plumbers who have done my previous work are lagging a lot and not available any time soon. Everything is ready to go and I just want this renovation over and done with asap. I will need fit off of: -Toilet -Wall hung vanity, countertop basin, basin mixer, pop up waste - bath pop up waste, bath spout, bath mixer - shower rail/head, shower mixer Ideally we would start tomorrow. However, I will consider other start dates as long as they are very soon!

hello, we are moving house from marrickville to Earlwood. We have two hand held bidets that need to be uninstalled from current home and installed in our new home in Earlwood. We'd like it to be done on the same day so the new house is ready to go.
