I’ve completed ~90% of a small laundry renovation and need a licensed plumber to finish the install and connections. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. INSTALL WALL-MOUNTED SPOUT + TAP SET - New tap set and spindles supplied - Existing outlets in wall, need proper install and alignment 2. INSTALL WASHING MACHINE MIXER TAPS - Wall threads are slightly too short due to wall panelling (only 7mm exposed thread) - Will likely require thread extenders (please supply) 3. CONNECT SINK WASTE + RECONFIGURE PLUMBING - New top-mount stainless sink (not yet installed) - Standard PVC waste - update setup to fit new sink (see photo) - Must still allow washing machine waste hose to connect (hose length is near limit, so avoid pushing connection too far away) 4. INSTALL SINK - Top-mount into timber laminate benchtop (cutout already done) - Clean, straight install important 5. Combo shower/bath tap is leaking, and the hot water runs out quickly. Toilet flush is weak and refills slowly. Need someone to diagnose the problems and fix.

My toilet has a leak - mainly when using the half flush button. This is a constant trickle down the inside of the bowl. I will require the awarded person to include the parts in the price - unless you give me the parts required to purchase for this job. The toilet is a OLI brand Cistern.

I have 3 PARISI toilets in my house. At least 2 of them have a slight leak (into the bowl) which I want to stop. I cannot use my rain water tank, because the motor goes off every 5-10 minutes which is cause by the leak. I have had a plumber come around, but they were unable to fix the "Parisi"toilet as it's different to most.

I have a 1.5 m stone statue of a woman that I’d like to convert into a water feature, with water flowing from the vase she is holding. The statue is very heavy and already has internal holes that can likely be used to run the water feed (so no new drilling is expected). There is both a tap and a power outlet located right next to where the statue would be installed. The statue will sit over or adjacent to a pot/basin to catch and recirculate the water. I’m open to either supplying the pot myself or having it supplied as part of the quote. A firm base will be required for the water feature. I can engage the person who completed my paving to do this, but if someone is able to supply and install both the base and the water feature, I would be interested in receiving a quote for the combined work. The listed budget is indicative only - I am happy to consider reasonable quotes based on experience and the proposed approach. The property is located in Marrickville.
