I need some to repair the chipped part of the door

The sink in our office is coming away from the wall - the bolts that hold it in place have rusted and are coming away from the masonry. Part of the brickwork has also cracked and come away that the sink is bolted into. It needs two old bolts taking out and two new ones putting in with some possible repairs to the brickwork (I think cement would do).

The leak has been present for a while but has worsened — it's now leaking brown liquid and causing mould in the cupboard below the sink. Looking for someone to inspect, confirm the best fix (likely replacing the basket strainer and reseating/resealing it), and address any mould/water damage in the cupboard if needed.

Looking for a plumber to install my benchtop dishwasher including the set up of the water inlet and outlet pipes. I have both hoses, some valve adapters, and a dual-outlet tap valve for the kitchen tap, but I'm unsure if these are all the correct sizes or if I'll need additional valve adapters/etc. I need someone to: - Connect the switcher valve to kitchen tap - Connect dishwasher’s inlet hose to that - Remove sink hole grommet and run the dishwasher’s drain hose through the existing hole in the sink deck and connect it to the spare spigot outlet on the under-sink waste trap (may need to cut/open the sealed tip on the trap’s spigot outlet) - Secure the drain hose connection with a hose clamp and form a high loop in the drain hose under the sink to prevent backflow/siphoning - Fit a sink hole grommet/cover over the sink deck hole for a neat finish - Test both inlet and drain for leaks, and run a test cycle Notes: - Dishwasher unit is a Devanti BDW-8-02g-si - I do not have any tools or PTFE tape so please include the costs of any additional parts (tap valve fitting, hose clamp, grommet, PTFE tape) into the quote. Happy to source these myself if you’d prefer I supply anything in advance. Would love this done as soon as possible :)

Bosch Condens 5000W combi boiler. Central heating ignites and works normally. Hot water tap demand does not trigger ignition/clicking. Suspect DHW flow sensor or diverter valve.
