Replace broken spindle on hot water tap for bath and re silicone against wall. Onsite parking provided.

Have a shower head and kitchen taps that need replacing - will require the hardware as well. Tap-ware to be silver with the shower head - need a wider shower head.

Laundry leaking pipe - small laundry inside an apartment- it hasn’t been used for a few years. It leaks from the very top where attached to the sink.

Hot water tap in shower won’t turn off. Needs fixing or replacing. Water just keeps running. We’ve had to turn water off at main. Keen to have both hot and cold taps in shower replaced, plus hot and cold taps on bathroom sink, and hot and cold taps in the bath.

Fountain water leaks from the base. So it needs resealing. Also need a new tube connecting the pump to the spout. I also need a new timer for our deck watering system
