The hot water in my apartment takes a while to heat up, and then cools down. The pressure also drops with two taps on. I expect it may be a TMV replacement and pressure valves. Unsure what this should cost to fix, so after a quote.

Replace these taps with new black ones. Replace shower head with adjustable shower fitting (black), this will require drilling into the tile I haven’t bought the new taps/shower yet as want to consult with you first so I purchase the right ones
