Scope of works: Disconnect and remove existing washing machine Install a Fisher & Paykel single drawer dishwasher in the same location Connect dishwasher to existing plumbing and waste Existing setup (confirmed): Hot and cold water connections located under sink Waste currently connects to sink trap (spigot) Flexible hose connections (not rigid pipe) I’d like confirmation on: Any additional fittings required for dishwasher install Whether existing plumbing setup is sufficient without modification Estimated time required for install

Install hand washing sink, I already have basin to fit the hole and water tap Would be great to use these.

The sink pipe is leaking - see photo. Price listed is fixed and includes call-out fees, labour, and required materials.

Need a broken flush/outlet valve replaced. Need done today and asap.

Tried to replace inlet as was just broken and just gushing water into the toilet bowl, tried to turn mains water flow off and now corroded mains valve is leaking. Water turned off for my apartment but needs fixing today.

Replace broken spindle on hot water tap for bath and re silicone against wall. Onsite parking provided.

A solid surface basin has a chip in it to repair. Also a toilet bowl basin has a few minor scratches also good to repair

Shower head is leaking - potentially washer needs replacing. Bathroom in an apartment.

Two plumbing related jobs: (1) install a new kitchen tap. (2) repair leaking toilet flush.

Four sinks to be removed plus attachments. Rubbish to be removed.

The hot water in my apartment takes a while to heat up, and then cools down. The pressure also drops with two taps on. I expect it may be a TMV replacement and pressure valves. Unsure what this should cost to fix, so after a quote.

Hot water tap in shower won’t turn off. Needs fixing or replacing. Water just keeps running. We’ve had to turn water off at main. Keen to have both hot and cold taps in shower replaced, plus hot and cold taps on bathroom sink, and hot and cold taps in the bath.

Shower head washer is loose or broken as water is spurting out of it. Skinny washer and can send photos.
