The two drain grates of our upstairs showers have sunk due to the grout and / or sealant wearing away. One is leaking into downstairs roof. Need someone to repair both of these. We have a replacement retractable hose reel and would like the old one removed from the wall and replaced. We also have a small irrigation system that runs from the tap, along the patio floor and to a planter at the back of the patio. There’s a leak from the system in the planter as is bubbling and would like this repaired. Not sure if spare parts are required but we don’t have any.
