Mixer leak from below bench level when I use the hot water. Not sure what part of the mixer is leaking. Not sure if I need to buy a new mixer or not.

Rod connecting mixer tap to sink needs to be adjusted so that swivel handle turns to correct side for hot or cold water. I have removed the steel plate, rubber and bolt connecting tap to sink. Rubber most likely needs replacing.

My mixture tap was leaking, so I tried to replace the cartridge myself, but the cartridge was not removable, so I decided to replace it with a new tap. The supply pipe is thin, so I had to replace the connection, but I couldn't do it myself, so I decided to ask a plumber to do it for me. I have already purchased a new mixture tap.

The mixer tap spins but no water comes out. It started to over spin before it finally broke.

My shower leaks every time I use it

Fix leaking shower (spindle issue) My shower head is slightly dripping continuously even when turned off. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed. The toilet seat is slanted to the side, it’s not sitting straight, it swivel to the side when using. The shower head holder isn’t locked in place, it just slides down try to adjust height
