Need a licensed plumber / laundry installation expert to assess and potentially install a washer/dryer setup outside. I currently have an outdoor bath area with existing plumbing and drainage that I am considering converting into a compact laundry space. I’m looking for someone experienced who can advise on feasibility, the best setup, and then complete the installation work. Scope includes: • Assess whether installing a washer/dryer in the outdoor area is feasible • Advise what would be required, including plumbing, drainage, waterproofing, taps, ventilation, etc. • Remove/disconnect the existing outdoor bath if required • Install the washer/dryer once purchased • Install a dishwasher in the current indoor washing machine space once the washing machine is removed • Open to suggestions regarding waterproof cabinetry/covers or outdoor-friendly laundry solutions Would ideally like someone who has experience with compact laundry conversions or similar setups. My bathroom sink has the kind of plug you press to close and then press again to open/release. Unfortunately it often gets stuck in the closed position. To access the release mechanism you need to disconnect the plumbing under the sink and then put it back together.

Old dishwasher is trapped because floorboards were installed after the original install, reducing clearance at the front. Appliance removal team already attempted removal — front legs have been loosened and unit can move forward slightly but cannot clear the opening due to rear of dishwasher sitting below floorboard level. Dishwasher is not attached to the benchtop. Likely requires: • removing front feet • tilt-and-slide removal • possibly removing top cover or outer panels to reduce height • careful extraction without damaging cabinetry or flooring • installation and levelling of new dishwasher (Artusi ADW4509X) Opening height from floor to benchtop: 855 mm. Power is plug-in. Plumbing accessible under sink. Looking for someone who has done dishwasher replacements in tight cabinetry / post-flooring situations before. This is not a simple pull-out job — experience required.

Hi I need a qualified plumber/trade person to drill a tap hole on kitchen bench top in order to have Billi Manufacturer to install the filter tap. Must have lots of experience on this. Have liability insurance to cover damage risk. Thanks
