We’re halfway through the demolition of our bathroom. We need a plumber to close off our vanity sink water as there’s no shut off valves. We also need plumber to swap shower and bath plumbing around. No specific date just need water vanity water shut off asap so I can remove the vanity. Can possibly come back at a later date to run plumbing. Haven’t listed a price as may have to look at first to supply proper price/quote.

Fix leaking tap on bathroom sink

Seems we’ve inherited a baby wipe blockage and it’s pushing and spewing baby wipes up through the sewer grate. Property is 2 years old. Need a plumber on a budget to be able to either dredge or pump out the pipeline. Everything works fine, toilets flush etc, but every few days it seems to spew out from the grate in the backyard trap.

Our kitchen sink drain is blocked. We have tried removing and flushing the pipes under the sink but the block remains. After running the sink tap, water drains extremely slowly. There’s obviously a blockage further down

We had new tap ware installed in our shower a month ago and two weeks later the shower started dripping when the taps were turned off. It’s leaking from the shower head, almost like we need to tighten the taps but we cannot turn them any further in the off direction.

Check water light not turning off - nothing is clogging the drain but water will not drain. Quite for someone to have a look and fix please!

Plumber Trade skill required. Remove old broken seat from WC and install new seat to toilet. New seats will be provided by customer. 2 x toilets to be completed anytime by Wed 3rd March.

Have replaced washer, o-ring and body washer but still leaking from the base

One of our pipes in our garden has burst due to trees roots damage. The pipe has been cut off and tighten around however it leaks a lot.So, we need to extend the copper pipe part for about 60cm around the tree and put a tap on it or something.Looks like copper water pipe. Thank you!
