The sliding bathroom door has become very hard to open and close again. It was previously repaired and worked smoothly for a while, but now it’s difficult to slide once more. It might be a problem with the track, rollers, or door alignment. Looking for someone to inspect and fix it. The bathroom sink mixer tap leaks whenever the handle is in the middle or right (cold water) position. It only stops leaking when turned fully to the left (hot water). Likely needs the internal cartridge replaced. Looking for someone to inspect and fix or replace the cartridge.

I need a tap in the kitchen replaced. Replacing with the same tap. And a water filter changed in a fisher and pykel fridge. I have the new filter and tap

Leaking mixture tap need to replace

We are looking for a plumber or suitably proficient handyman to fix the water pressure in our kitchen mixer tap. Both the hot and cold water coming from our mixer tap is running extremely slowly. We replaced the mixer tap around 18 months ago when the previous tap sprung a leak in one of the under-cabinet hoses from corrosion. Our replacement was like for like however since then the water pressure coming out of the tap has reduced to barely a trickle. The lines under the sink have lots of pressure as does every other tap in our house but for some reason the kitchen tap is terrible. Need advice on how to fix it or if need be installation of a new tap if the existing one is not fixable.

I have 2 mixer taps in kitchen + laundry. These taps have no hot water just low flow cold water. Cold water flows great. It's not the aerator filter. All the other taps in the house have hot water. We have an instant gas hot water system. Please fix ASAP. Located Highgate Hill 4101.

Replace 2x basic taps and flexi hoses, with new ones (provided by me). Straight swap for exact same product. Also provide invoice showing work done, for insurance purposes, registered plumber preferred.

Shower leaking from one of the corners - I've applied waterproof tape with no luck. I think it might required removed the current silicon sealant and reapply? Time is flexible from 26th April onwards (and before 9th July) at Toowong. Happy to negotiate on the cost of this depending what needs to be done.

Shower is leaking. Tried to replace the washers myself, but there seems to be silicone encased around the taps. Please replace the washers in both taps to stop the leaking shower and check why the silicone was there in the first place. It might also need to replaced if there is a secondary leak.

Leaking shower ,Cartridge change needed

Blocked residential toilet. Need Plumber please.

The back of the toilet is leaking. Please see photo

Leak is from the cistern connecting into the pipe feeding the toilet. Clean water inlet to toilet.

Fill valve on toilet is bad and needs to be repaired or replaced. While trying to fill it makes a loud sound while the valve rapidly opens and closes. See pics; can text video if needed.

I have a blocked toilet. I've tried both a small and large plunger and an auger I bought from Bunnings today. I've gotten a lot of excess toilet paper out from this but the blockage is still there.

The water keeps trickling and I have a feeling it is the outlet valve. I have already replaced the inlet valve recently, but the problem is still ongoing. Looking to have someone supply and replace the outlet value in the cistern. Also wanting the shower taps reseated Located in Adina Apartments - there is contractor parking if you see reception first, or 10 minute parking out the front. I have parked there longer than 10 mins numerous times without issues.
