Leaking mixture tap need to replace

We are looking for a plumber or suitably proficient handyman to fix the water pressure in our kitchen mixer tap. Both the hot and cold water coming from our mixer tap is running extremely slowly. We replaced the mixer tap around 18 months ago when the previous tap sprung a leak in one of the under-cabinet hoses from corrosion. Our replacement was like for like however since then the water pressure coming out of the tap has reduced to barely a trickle. The lines under the sink have lots of pressure as does every other tap in our house but for some reason the kitchen tap is terrible. Need advice on how to fix it or if need be installation of a new tap if the existing one is not fixable.

Issue: The tap is dripping/leaking even when turned off tightly. Task: Diagnose the cause (likely needs a new washer, O-ring, or reseating) and perform the repair. Please provide washers/parts.

After a Quote . Moving bathroom sink, shower leaking, shower and some out of shower regrouting, silicone removal/application and shower door handle replacement. Please bring your own material.

Shower is leaking. Tried to replace the washers myself, but there seems to be silicone encased around the taps. Please replace the washers in both taps to stop the leaking shower and check why the silicone was there in the first place. It might also need to replaced if there is a secondary leak. Extra info: I had this task completed in May this year and they are leaking again so there might be a another issue at play here. Please help us understand why this would happen so soon after repairs.

Shower leaking from one of the corners - I've applied waterproof tape with no luck. I think it might required removed the current silicon sealant and reapply? Time is flexible from 26th April onwards (and before 9th July) at Toowong. Happy to negotiate on the cost of this depending what needs to be done.

Shower head is leaking not matter how hard the taps are shut. Washers need replacing. Qualified plumbers or apprentices only please. Happy to discuss prices needed. Wanting someone to repair a toilet. As pictured, the dual-flush push button has separated from the actuator mechanism inside the cistern. The button piece is detached from the plastic push rods, preventing normal flushing. The flush button assembly may need to be refitted or replaced. Prior to this happening the toilet would also constantly run water, so there also appears to be a seal or something else missing.

Plumber required to fix toilet. The toilet leaks a little bit when flushed, between seat and tank as per attached photo. Likely just needs new gasket. Location Newmarket.

The internal toilet seat lid is broken and I’ve got a replacement - it MAY need a different mount.

Toilet is running so need someone to have a look at it, see the issue and fix including sourcing any parts. Screw that secures bin under sink has worn out. Need new screws added into tracks.
