Looking for a qualified plumber to replace the mixer (I think) in the kitchen. My brother has had a look & we tried to get the top of the tap off to fix but were unable to.

I need a plumber to connect the IKEA sink and mixer tap to the drain in the wall. Also need the adapters supplied and installed for connecting to washing machine (split to the mixer tap). Also need trap/ubend supplied. Also needs outlets from washing machine and drier adapted to waste. Currently temporarily taped in as circled in red.

Fix a leaking shower head. It had been fixed a few months ago but leak is back. Will require more than just tightening existing washer.

Shower tap has been leaking constantly and we cannot stop it no matter how hard the tap is twisted closed. Shower head has been changed but the problem is not fixed. It’s an emerson shower with water coming from the boiler in the shed. Just a shower head and two taps coming from the wall

Blocked toilet - flushes but extremely slowly

1. Removing about 15 blue tac marks on wall 2. Painting over wall and slight parts of ceiling (no ladder required) to cover marks and stains in one bedroom apartment, add up to about 2m2. Paint colour is DULUX: NATURAL WHITE PN1E1 and will need purchasing 3. Fix broken seat cover and purchase broken parts (find attached)

The House has 2 toilets and 2 Shower; The the sink is fully blocked, And as soon as water goes down the bathroom sink, the water level in the toilets rise, and the toilets are flushed, water starts to come up the sink drain. So it looks like the waste pipe is severely blocked.
