Need help to remove an old hot water tank from inside my ceiling. It has already been disconnected - needs to be cut up in roof cavity in order to come down. Too heavy to come down in one piece.

Need to replace the spout and levels with the provided new ones (see pictures)

We have purchased a new asko fitted dishwasher (as old one broke). Need old dishwasher removed and new one fitted (and levelled) below the kitchen benchtop. Old dishwasher may need acessing via removing (then replacing) back kitchen panel (which will need to be recorked if removed) to reduce the height of the rear foot on the dishwasher (as I wasn't able to just remove the dishwasher as expected ) Other work required: Once dishwasher is fitted - reapply the kick board, and re-cork around kitchen panels.

Water from my bathroom is making the wall in my builtin wardrobe wet and a mould start developing on the surface. When the pressure of heater is high, the water drains to the gutter through the pip one the roof (please see it on the photo). We believe a floater or a part needs to be changed (in the photo)
