my new old housemates disposed of the sink catcher (that catches food etc) , i need to buy a new one as it has caused the “well” where the water pipes lead to. it’s an old terrace house on Lygon Street - also need someone to take a look at the broken/leaking pipe! 🙏

Need outdoor wooden shed built, as well as hot water heater cover replaced (next to each other/shared wooden wall). Dimensions for shed are 145cm wide, 175cm height, 61cm deep. Would want two doors for the shed opening, so each 72.5cm wide. Hot water heater next to will be same 175cm height, 61cm deep, but 92cm wide, and with an 18cm height base that holds the heater. Want to not disconnect the heater, so will have to slide in base at same height as currently. See pictures for plan. Ideally in Marine plywood. Price includes removal of old hot water heater cover. Price also includes the wood that you will source.

Move tap approx 5 metres and reattach to wall. Will need new copper pipe piece as well as “T” valve to connect as we also want to put in an outdoor shower at a later date. Can either move the existing tap or install new, whichever is easier / cheaper - Due date: Flexible
