Tried to unblock the toilet with a plunger and it worked for a few days. However, the problem was not fully resolved. The plunging would work only for a 3 or 4 days. It has become a recuring problem now. - Due date: Before Friday, 13 January 2023
I felt Erick is highly professional in dealing with his customers. He asked the right questions to understand the issue better. His team member Jamie who attended the issue, was very punctual, cordial and skilled. It was a tougher job of removing tree roots that caused the blockage and Jamie did it patiently and thoroughly. Very happy that I chose to go with them in spite of receiving a few lower quotes from others.
