I have a new Nobo slimline electric heater to mount on a wall (plaster/brick). I've also got an incinerator that has stopped working, am hoping there is an easy fix.

Portion of the outdoor terrace ceiling is broken due to water damage. The cause of water has been repaired but we now need a plasterer to repair and repaint. Ideally, not the the entire ceiling has to be replaced, just the one side. After, whole ceiling needs one coat of white outdoor semi-gloss paint.
