Have a few hooks to install urgently as we are trading at the moment. Everything is marked out just needs another 10-20 holes drilled and 2 fans put up. Around 2 hours worth of work.

I have a boarding house and need to install towel rails or hooks depending on the bathroom, some have tiled walls some don’t. I also need coat racks installed on the walls, some walls will be brick and some won’t. This needs to be don’t between 10am and 2 pm when my guests won’t be there. If we can’t access rooms you may need to come back. I’ll like an hourly rate if possible because the scope of work depends on room access. I need an experienced chippy or joiner to do this as it is a hotel.

We have a small corner in our bedroom where there was old water damage that has caused the drywall to warp and come off the stud. Because of this, there is a small area that needs to be replaced and checked for mould and potentially sprayed for mould. Area is no more than 1 square meter and affects the corner of the wall which includes the wall and a small part of the ceiling corner. We are looking for someone to inspect the mould and repair the drywall. Time: today (Jan 8th)anytime after 5pm. Pls provide insight to your experience with mould. No materials provided. I need to build a non structural wall 3m long by 2.5high ). The surround area is concrete so a concrete nail gun would be required. The ceiling is uneven due to external pipes/ sprinkler system etc which the wall will need to be built around. On one side only it will be joining the frame of a glass window wall. Need assistance building the wall frame with or without gyprock. I will purchase all the materials, the job is for someone who already has the required tools / knowledge. Many thanks

Both the bathtub and kitchen sink do not drain, this is a third floor apartment fairly old. The plumbing is very old. We just recently acquired this property and owners corporation is out until the fifth period. The kitchen sink and bathtub do not drain even after use of Draino.
