Looking for someone experienced with commercial aluminium/glass doors to repair and adjust the front entry door to our gym. The door has dropped slightly and is now dragging along the ground / getting stuck when opening and closing. It appears to need realignment or adjustment at the hinges/door closer, rather than replacement. The door is a full-height glass door in an aluminium commercial frame with an overhead door closer. I need an experienced plasterer or skilled handyman to urgently repair peeling, bubbling and damaged plaster along the bottom of an internal wall in Windsor, 3181. The affected section is approximately 1 metre long and sits directly above the skirting board. The paint and plaster have bubbled and lifted, with some loose and crumbling material exposed. The task should include: - Scraping and removing all loose, peeling or unstable plaster and paint - Cleaning and preparing the exposed surface - Treating any minor surface mould if present - Applying an appropriate bonding agent or sealer where required - Filling and repairing the damaged plaster - Sanding and levelling the repaired area to leave a neat, smooth finish - Cleaning up all dust and debris afterward Repainting the wall is not required. The repaired section only needs to be left smooth and ready for priming or painting later. Please supply the necessary tools and standard repair materials. Repair and paint small damages/scratches where paint/plaster has peeled off. - Sand, fill, prime and repaint affected areas - Paint colour must be matched as closely as possible to the existing wall colour and finish. 2.
