Please read the pdf recommendation from the water ingress specialist on how to seal the area. Reinstall the skirting board (supplied). Throw any rubbish and clean the area after work. Door handle on a bedroom door has become loose making it hard to open

My laundry has top-hung bi-fold sliding wardrobe doors. One door has come off the top track and isn’t sliding or folding correctly. It also needs some new pins for the hinges. Likely issues include rollers, pivot hardware, or track alignment. Doors appear intact but need repair and realignment. I need to fix toilet seat…

I'm looking for someone experienced with bathroom or shower repairs. My shower glass door seems to have a loose joint/hinge, which is causing the door to move out of alignment and hit the glass wall when closing. I’d like someone to inspect it and fix the issue (tighten/adjust or repair the joint if needed). Please let me know your experience with similar jobs and your quote. Thanks! P.S. I have put some tape on the glass screen as a temporary fix to avoid more damage to the glass.
