Hi, A small metal bathroom shelf came off the wall, leaving two screw holes and a bit of rust/damage on one wall tile. I need help to either repair or replace the affected tile and reinstall the shelf (or install a new one if needed). Please include labour and materials in your quote. Theres a crack in the bathroom wall I need fixing. It’s fake marble. There’s also a tiny crack in the living room wall that needs fixing. I’m moving out and need these repairs done to keep my bond amount. There are inspections for the property coming up on the 13th and after so I’d need those fixed before then if possible. The price is a minimum, up for going lower but I can also go a bit higher. I’m not sure how much this will cost, so I just put in a minimum. Happy to discuss and negotiate.

I’m reaching out for advice about my JBL headphones, which I bought last year. The plastic hinge connecting the ear cup to the headband has broken apart, so now the ear piece spins freely and feels loose. The blind chain in my bedroom has broken. I use a motorised driver so using joiners results in jams and further breakage. There is a very small gap between the blinds and the wall and I’m unsure of how to properly remove the blinds to change the cord. The distance between the top loop and driver is about 175cm. The Roman blind normally pulls up like in first image. When I went to pull it up today, the folds just all fell down (see second image, behind computer). There was a small cord dangling at top, which must link the loops on the back of the blind to the pulley system. It must have broken on both sides at the same time (the blind is about 7 years old). The last photo shows the metal cord which is used to pull the blind up and down. I think it is just the cord that needs fixing, threading through the loops, etc., but I am not confident to do it myself, would prefer someone with experience of blinds.
