I need help installing some curtain rod brackets. My window and the placement of the blinds makes it a bit tricky. The blind roll is at the top of the window frame. I have brick walls so unsure how I can install the brackets. If you have advice on what bracket might work, I can buy it and then you can install! Just the one window in a downstairs bedroom. 2 brackets need to be installed. One on each side to hold up a rod. You will need a ladder as window is high up on the wall

Fix or replace floorboard . Possibly if required only change one floorboard. Thanks

We moved the balcony door out to change the rollers and then not able to put it back in. It is a heavy soundproof balcony door.

Would like to install a timber attic ladder in an entry hallway. Hardwood cavity ceiling/roof with brick walls. Will need to relocate one short ceiling joist slightly (no plates just few nails). Ceiling is 2.6m high. I'm happy to finish plaster/stopping/paint if you prefer, can also assist if by yourself as am a former tiler/labourer (if would like assistance on a weekday, would plan for between easter and anzac day as have approved leave from office job to do other reno work). Our wardrobe bracket has come off the wall. It didn’t look like it had very deep screws and was glued in place. My landlord tried to fix the bracket but couldn’t get the drill to work because it is a solid brick wall. I have an ikea bedhead that needs affixed to my wall i’ve attached pictures of the bed head itself , the brackets, and it’s been done before at two other properties In this particular room being a warehouse conversion, I believe there are some standard plastered areas and a masonry area of the wall with the whole of it covered in plasterboard , so you would need to take that into account when providing your fixtures, because while I have the brackets you’re the expert and I trust that what you use is best for the job so please be prepared for masonry.
