I need a TEAM of tiler + electrician + plumber to consecutively renovate x2 Bathrooms in 4-5 weeks maximum. You must be able to provide proof of insurance and licences for Strata. You must also be respectful and punctual. *Size (in each bathroom): Floor= 6 SQM & Walls= 24 SQM. *SCOPE OF WORK: -Demolition (incl. removal of x1 bathtub from one bathroom only_to be replaced with tiled stand up shower) -Rubbish removal. -Building wall behind the toilet for the built-in water system (floating toilet seat & vanity). -Plumbing work (incl. Installation of Shattaf/spriknler) -Electrical work (incl. installation of heated towel rack, heated mirror/shaving cabinet) -Fixing the walls villaboard (& installing bath Niche) -Waterproof x2 coats -Cement bedding -Another waterproofing coat on the top of the cement bedding. -Full tiling work (incl.
