Hi there, NOTE: these are normal house-hold bins It would be amazing if we can get the help of a handyman install locks on our yellow and red council bins. We bought the materials needed, like the chain, bolts etc, but then the bolt cutter and tools needed we don't have, and are expensive so figured it would be easier to outsource this job, than do it ourselves. Happy for you to use these items or use your own and include into your fee. I attach images of what we are hoping to achieve. But essentially we want to be able to padlock the bins, and have the inside bolt secured in such a way that if someone tries to unscrew from the top, on the outside, they won't be able to (it will just swivel about). Please see a photo I have attached which shows what we require done (this is on a commercial restaurant bin in Newtown), as well as items already purchased, if they are of use.
