Find an experienced handyman in Alexandria

Already purchased Phoenix kitchen mixer tap needs to be installed. Current tap is also a phoenix mixer with similar mechanics, should be an easy swap. I am attaching what both the old and new taps look like as well as installation instructions. Prefer qualified plumber for the job.

We need a professional and reliable person handy man who can install exhaust dampers (1 x in kitchen) and 1 x bathroom to prevent a cold draft. from outside. Location at Alexandria 2015

Curtain rod bracket is coming apart from wall and needs to be re- screwed in. New screws may be needed

Remove old mirror and install new unit. See photos for specifications. Existing wall is tiled on gyprock.

Objective is to allow domestic cat access in to a storage room from the bottom of the stairwell which connects the garage in to the house. 1. Remove current internal door between garage and storage room (the one on the right in the photos) from frame 2. Build new door frame flush with the current door between garage and house(the one on the left) and a new small false ceiling over the newly created space. 3.Rehang the door removed in step 1 on the new door frame. 4. Cut out a cat door in the stud wall between the 2 doors.

I have a window which doesn’t close properly. The window can close shut but it leaves a gap on the top part. I don’t know if the problem is within the hinges as when it’s open you can push it up so it might be lower than it needs to be. I tried contacting the manufacturer which is “REHAU” but the company doesn’t exist anymore. Please let me know what the problem could be and if it’s possibile to fix without changing the whole window. Thank you
