Scope of work may include: Levelling or trimming the uneven wood plank edges where needed Supplying and installing a suitable aluminium or timber diminishing trim Securing the trim properly (likely glued and screwed/nailed) Ensuring a clean and smooth transition from the higher wooden floor to the carpet. - Would also like help with removing some rusted metal from a bathroom tile (old soap holder had broken off).

I've picked up some floorboarding from Bunnings, just hybrid to replace the current floating floorboards, and one carpeted room, in my flat. The space needing floorboards is roughly 50m2. Skirting boards will also need to be installed, looking at 70 linear metres. The house is currently furnished but things can easily be moved as the work progresses. The larger bedroom is currently carpeted, which can be removed prior to the work. The smaller second bedroom already has the new floorboards laid, and won't need doing.
