I'm preparing my own flat to lease out as furnished, so it's not technically an 'END Of Lease' clean but more like a 'Beginning to Lease' clean, so I require a similar professional standard & an Invoice please. I would have already vacuumed , but you may wish to do them again. Must be done on Saturday 27th. Tasks: - vacuum and lightly steam clean wool carpets (2 bedrooms, 2 split-level short staircase & x2 wool rugs, one is 6sqm one is 2sqm approx. Being wool please don't heavily wet or soak, but light steam is fine); - lightly steam clean x2 queen mattresses (top and sides only); - mop living room bamboo floorboards (approx 6mx3m) & mop 1x wood stairs up to terrace (for bamboo please use only water, no detergent per manufacturer's instruction;) - dust skirting boards and any other visible dusty surface; - clean all surfaces in both bathrooms (toilet, bath/shower, vanity, floors); and especially attend to the shower grout on walls and floor please; - clean all surfaces in kitchen including stone bench, MDF cupboards inside and out, mirror splashback, and inside fridge and oven.
