I've picked up some floorboarding from Bunnings, just hybrid to replace the current floating floorboards, and one carpeted room, in my flat. The space needing floorboards is roughly 50m2. Skirting boards will also need to be installed, looking at 70 linear metres. The house is currently furnished but things can easily be moved as the work progresses. The larger bedroom is currently carpeted, which can be removed prior to the work. The smaller second bedroom already has the new floorboards laid, and won't need doing. We’ve removed most of the actual tape, but there’s still a fair bit of stubborn sticky residue left that’s proving tricky to remove.
