2 power point switches not working and need replacing

We have tried to mount the TV ourselves, but we are having trouble with the metal stud locations. We have drilled a few holes into the wall but some of the holes seem to have not gone through studs despite triple checking with a stud finder and magnets. We are quite confused and at this point would like some help. If the holes we have drilled end up not being used, it would be great if you could plaster over those holes as well if needed. We already have the TV mount.

Install ikea curtain rod brackets (supplied) into wall (plasterboard). You will need to drill new holes. We have 4 spring toggle screws available to use. You will need a 10mm drill bit (we have a drill).

I got some plastering done. Went to paint it and the plaster didn’t seem to set? Not sure if it needs to be replastered or just re-top coated and sanded.

Original post: Install either standard 3 pin or jug lead power sources to be installed across 10 cabinets. Each cabinet current has a power supply to it. FYI please note that the cables into the existing lighting wiring is not full standard domestic 240v, but lower rated soft cable - I think 2.5A. The cabinets will have a series of small screens (80 in total) that are fully charged - the only power draw from them will be operating current/trickle charge for each tablet. The only load on the installation will be USB cords for these cords, part of a temporary pop up gallery. The building is scheduled for demolition afterwards.
