Build two boxed surrounds around future skylight opening (approx 380mm x 900mm). Timber frame, sheet, set and sand and paint Materials included. Must have experience in gyprock/plasterboard finishing.

I have removed a set of floating cupboards and the paintwork, and parts of the drywall have peeled away. I would like these sections cleaned up and replastered along with the screw holes filled. No painting required but the area needs to be ready for paint. The total area is approx 2 sqm, but the whole section doesn’t need to be replastered.

I need someone to seal the cut/join lines in the exterior render of a commercial building to stop water getting in. There are multiple saw cuts / control joints in the render around the facade. These need to be filled with silicone (or similar flexible exterior sealant). It doesn’t have to be pretty or perfectly neat – the main goal is to stop water penetration, not to create a decorative finish. A scissor lift will be supplied for access to the upper areas, and work can be done at any convenient time.

Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman to help with a couple of jobs in my apartment. Job 1 – Roller Blinds I attempted to install zero-gravity roller blinds but couldn’t drill far enough into the concrete wall (due to lintel) to securely mount the brackets. Blinds are already on site and measured — they just need proper installation and adjustment (installed right now but not a great job) Job 2 – Ceiling Repair & Painting We recently had ceiling fans installed and there are some holes / damage in the ceiling drywall that need repairing. • Patch and sand ceiling drywall • Paint the repaired area (paint supplied) Notes: • You’ll need your own tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, patching tools, etc.) • Paint will be supplied • Apartment is on 3rd floor - no lift Ideally looking for someone experienced with blind installation and minor plastering/painting. Note: This can be completed on weekends or at odd hours. Working hours are flexible. We need an experienced acrylic renderer / solid plasterer to patch and tidy up visual defects only on the front facade of an old two-storey commercial building. The work is mainly to the edge of the first-floor slab/beam under the windows and the corner (see photos). The coating has peeled and cracked in sections and there is a damaged corner and a few other sections. This is a cosmetic repair only – just making it look neat and uniform again. Scope of works: • Inspect affected areas shown in photos on site • Scrape back and remove all loose/flaking paint, render and texture coat • Patch and fill damaged areas (including the chipped corner) with suitable exterior repair mortar/patching compound • Re-render/skim with acrylic render or compatible exterior product to match existing profile as closely as practical • Sand/prepare repaired areas

Plastering in residential house - please see pictures. Plastering of holes, around air con unit and wall. There are more holes than in this picture, so coming out to the house to price would be preferable. Need it done asap as moving in next week! House is in Alexandria

I have done a lot of the gyprocking and have hit my limit. Need someone to come and finish the job. - all walls are double gyprocked with soundcheck - need someone to come finish the job in the inside + plus setting.

Need to move 1200 x 3000 gyprock sound check up some stair at an annoying angle. Need strong and professional.
