Need gutter cleaning for a small amount of gutter above the backyard decking -- about 6-7 metres.

We have a 2 storey house with gutters around the roof, We are looking for the gutters to be cleaned out and all debris disposed of and testing to see all guttering drains flow properly. You would neee insurance and your own ladder.

I need 18m gutter replaced, also need a plumber to fix my rain water drainage. The rain water is stuck in one area and needs to be cleared out with a root chopper or a high pressure water spray

We have a birds nesting on top of bay window - that we need removed, bird proofing done to prevent reoccurrence. Proofing needs to be supplied. Single story house. Townhouse in Malvern East. Need roof leak patched. Man hole is accessible from bathrooom upstairs.

Replace the broken polycarbonate roof sheet (just the clear section needs replacing due to several dodgy patch up jobs starting to leak). Approx 3m long by 1m wide. Old sheet will need to be cut up and disposed of.

1- Install 2x roof vents in roof and connect to extraction fan (the fan is installed but duct not connected to anything). I have all the parts. Access is good - I have flooring installed in the roof space, and it’s a single story house so access to the exterior of the roof is easy too. 2- Install 3 small 300mm skylights in roof and connect to plastic diffusers ( the plastic diffusers are already installed in the plasterboard ceiling but not connected to anything.

Waterproofing block wall roughly 1.5m high internally. The room will be clear before commencing It will need a primer, 2 x coats of waterproofing Therefore it will need to cure for 4-6 hours before another coat can be applied so will have to be a couple of return trips. There is enough room to fit a brush behind wall battens. And roll the rest All material and brushes/roller will be supplied
