Hi, my shower glass door is leaking water to the outside. The rubber seal/strip at the bottom of the door seems to be worn out or not sealing properly. Water is coming out onto the bathroom floor and into the carpet area (photos attached). I need someone to: Inspect the shower screen door Replace/install a new bottom rubber seal (or side strip if needed) Make sure it is watertight and doesn’t leak to the carpet Please bring the correct replacement seal/parts.

Toilet bowl water keeps running—likely due to a faulty valve that may need replacement. Also, the shower head is constantly dripping and probably needs a washer replacement. Looking for someone to: Inspect and repair/replace the toilet valve Replace washer in shower head to stop the dripping Please quote incl required parts and labour.

Two of the shower is acid to be put into Yuen unclogged drain that has probably hair inside it

It appears the float is not attached and the tank just keeps filling up with water (and toilet keeps running). Also the water valve at the wall wont turn the water off anymore, so that seal might need replacing. There is a parking bay under the building you can use. Thanks for you help

The washing machine is currently not connected to hot water tap for washing the tap is there not sure how to connect.
