Find an experienced plumber in Southland Centre

My old kitchen tap is dripping and I need someone to replace it with a new one I’ve already purchased (see right picture below). Please bring basic plumbing tools.

My dishwasher is not draining. It might be that the drains are clogged . Will need someone to come and clear the drains across the house 3 bed , 2 bath townhouse

We bought a Mondelle toilet and need to install and replace the old toilet. Also we need you to take the old toilet for disposal

I need a jet spray installed in one bathroom. There might be a very minor leak that needs to be looked at. I also need someone to have a Quick Look at and repair the water valve in another bathroom. No matter which way I turn the cold water valve (clockwise or anti clockwise) the valve is always on and water is always running through it.

Currently, two of my downpipes (right next to each other) are plumbing into the neighbouring unit's water tank, a metre away. The downpipes are overflowing with heavy rain due to the tank being constantly full. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to instead divert these two downpipes underground to the nearby storm water pit (less than a metre away) and cap off the existing connection to the water tank. I have written permission from the neighbouring unit's owner to divert the downpipes away from his tank.

The sink tap is dripping from the lever and need to replace with new one.

The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

Need waterproofing and tiling. Adding extenders (already purchased) would be preferred.

Toilet is leaking from base most likely rubber seal needs replacing. Need this seal replaced and toilet re mounted
