Find an experienced plumber in Rosebery NSW

Our shower is making a high pitched “whistling” noise when running. I need someone to diagnose the problem and fix this

The water temperature in our apartment goes from normal to super hot really fast for no reason. The building manager says we need a plumber to change the thermostat. I am the owner. It is in Otto 2 in Rothschild Ave, Rosebery. If anyone is familiar with this process I would welcome quotes

My toilet won't stop flushing. Upon inspection the WDI B3300-Y inlet valve is not shutting off as it should. No doubt it needs replacing.

Leaking tap has caused damp, dirt and pests to inhabit laundry cupboard. Need to fix the leak, remove the washing machine so it can be cleaned and then reinstall level. (Floor isn’t level).

Supply and install kitchen tap. Plumbing is very old

The water flow of my kitchen tap is very small. The strata has checked that the water pressure is normal. There’s something wrong with the tap or pipe.

I have an old Holman 6 zone controller. 3 zones in the back yard are working fine but the front 3 aren’t. I have tried replacing the waterproof gel connectors to and from the solenoids but this hasn’t done anything. Happy to upgrade the system or to move to a different type. Just would like someone with experience who may be able to show me the ropes a little too

Looking for a plumber who can install/connect an existing laundry tub (would require cutting base of tub to allow pipe to fit) pictured, replacing the old laundry taps and spout with the ones pictured, and uninstalling/removal of the bathroom vanity (don’t need to take it away). Please see photos.

My dishwasher is leaning forward and sticking out of its place in the kitchen bench, looks like it’s not fitted in properly. It’s on a diagonal and keeps moving forward even after I push it back into place

Have two water leaks under sinks. I did replace rubber seal but they seem to still leak. Small drops only.
