The toilet flush button is loose, which is causing the flushing function to not work properly. There is also a small crack on the outer ring of the button. The metal-colored button and its outer ring need to be replaced to restore the flushing function.

Just moved into my house and I need to get my Fisher & Paykel ice and water fridge plumbed in. The water line will need to run through a couple of cupboards to get to the nearest water pipe under the kitchen sink. It will need to be plumbed to the water pipe under the sink. Also need my washing machine water outlet hose attached to the pipe under the basin. Would like Plumber to have a look at my garden water tank sprinkler system and see if they can get it to turn on. Leak in the ceiling of downstairs toilet has been caused by burst hot water return pipe that needs to be repaired/replaced. Photos show where the leak is coming from, although the actual burst pipe is hidden from view, and I wasn't able to get a photo of it. Hope it helps. - Due date: Flexible

Reinstallation of shower fittings & toilet installation

The water line that goes to my refrigerator is leaking. The leak is in two places. The in-line tap and the pressure regulator (I think that is what it is). Access is easy.
