Find an experienced plumber in Mordialloc

Need Plummer to install a bidet toilet seat or bidet toilet sprayer. We have a back to wall toilet, so not easy inlet access. Need someone to install (we will purchase the bidet beforehand).

I have a toilet that won’t stop running - even after being flushed. I have to turn it off after each use to conserve water. I had plumber come and replace a lot of parts in the toilet, but it still kept running and I couldn’t contact him again unfortunately. Hopefully it’s an easy fix, as don’t want to get a new toilet.

Toilet upstairs is blocked

2 water lines ran from my hot water system to entertament area and down one floor to 2nd balcony

Replace the dishwater tube to the drain and check the drain to see if we can stop water flowing back into the dishwasher.

I have a problem with my hot water. It takes 3-5 mins for the hot water to come through, and when it does, it is not very hot. I need someone to check it and possibly fix the thermostatic mixing valve.

Toilet won’t stop running — have temporarily propped up the float to stop the water flow, but need someone to check and repair it properly. Hoping for someone available tomorrow (Thursday). Quick fix if you know toilets!

Filter is full/leaking and needs replacing. Tap is from ABI. Plumber supplied the filter, so unsure of make/model.

Outdoor plumbing is leaking when on. Need to fix and replace taps.

Seeking to changeout this current hot water unit with a new Rinnai B26 wall mounted unit. See photos of current and proposed location for the new Rinnai.

We have a bathroom tap that is leaking. We need to change the washer. The washer is also stuck as we tried changing it and accidentally dropped it upside down so it needs to be pulled out first.

I would like someone to fix the following plumbing issues: 1) tap/faucet has come loose and needs to be secured. It still works completely fine but has come away from the basin 2) purchased a new Flexispray Chrome Short Twin System. Would like this to replace the current one we have 3) have a Beko dryer and have to continually take the water out of the tray, but know that the cord can be put in the back to automatically remove water. Have the cord for this. Any further questions on this please let me know

Re-attach a down pipe to the side of the house (see picture). Small job.

Kitchen spout bolt that holds the spout firm from beneath the kitchen top often needs tightening but has dropped out this time. As plumbers would know, this is a common problem thats awkward to fix because there is no line of sight around the sink. I tried a few times but to no avail.

Our bath tub is leaking and is leaking through the spa jets, water is leaking into the next room. The drainage / trap is not leaking . I would like someone to come and seal all the bath jets as they are never used. I’m looking for a professional waterproofer to come and seal them properly. I have tried myself, but it does still to appear to be leaking. I’ve taped off the bath to leak test it, to proof the spa jets are leaking. I have taped them off filled it up, drained it 4 times and it didn’t leak. I have filled a bath several times below the Jets and drained it and the bath doesn’t leak. When you fill the bath above the Jets, water begins to leak I tried to seal the jets myself with waterproofing, I need it done professionally 🙏

Remove existing shower head. Install new shower twin rail. Keep the existing mixer.
