Kitchen tap spout broken off needs replacing

Storm water seems to be coming into our drain in our driveway. Water is gushing all the time. We've had a few neighbors come by knocking on our door, concerned about the water noise and weather something has bursed. Kingston council has confirmed that it is storm water, but since it's on private property, not their responsibility. I'm not sure if everything is correct. From the round hole in the kerb, water flows out, sometimes a lot, into the middle of the road. Council advised that a plumber might be able to solve this issue.

Urgent repair of simple ice bath chiller. Seems to be tripping power.

Looking for a plumber (or someone with plumbing skills) to replace my bathroom tapware. Job is to remove existing spout and hot & cold taps and install 2x Meir quarter turn taps and 1x Meir swivel spout. I will supply the new tap ware.

Our bathwater has been running not clear for a few weeks now. Is there something in the piping? Or in the hot water system? It's not really obvious, especially in photo, but it's definitely has. Green/yellowish tinge.
