We have two properties that we need a licensed plumber to install water filter externally. Water filter system already purchased. Pretty straight forward to hook mains coming in to the water filter and then filters water back into the house

Seems to be a drain blockage as theres grey water coming out of outside drain when washing machine is running

Under sink extension is not waterproof needs replacing/ waterproofing

Old toilet seat has broken and needs repakcing

The toilet cistern is making a loud whistling noise and water is running into the toilet bowl. It seems the inlet valve is not functioning correctly.

I put in a water drop filter but the faucet hose needs to be fixed.

After flushing the tank fills up, however water continues to drip into the bowl. Runs continuously.

My dish washer isn’t draining itself, it happened randomly when doing its usual daily cycle and it started leaking. I assume it could be possible food build up or something, have checked the drains under the sink but can’t seem to see/find anything.

Kitchen tap spout broken off needs replacing

Storm water seems to be coming into our drain in our driveway. Water is gushing all the time. We've had a few neighbors come by knocking on our door, concerned about the water noise and weather something has bursed. Kingston council has confirmed that it is storm water, but since it's on private property, not their responsibility. I'm not sure if everything is correct. From the round hole in the kerb, water flows out, sometimes a lot, into the middle of the road. Council advised that a plumber might be able to solve this issue.

Urgent repair of simple ice bath chiller. Seems to be tripping power.

We have 2 x Mimosa outdoor gas heaters that are not working properly. The gas supply keeps cutting out. We also have another portable outdoor gas heaters that isn't working properly and requires fixing.
