Issue: In the bathroom (shower and sink only), water temperature suddenly surges to excessively hot even when the mixer is set at a normal range. Once this happens, adjusting the handle does not stabilise the temperature. At the same time, there is a distinct mechanical noise from above, like a valve snapping shut (not the usual “water hammer”). Kitchen hot water is not in use, but no irregularities noticed there. What I need checked: Inspect my tempering valve to confirm if it is working correctly. Assess whether the issue may be related to shared risers or building-level hot water components. Provide a clear written report of findings so I can raise this with building management if needed. Need someone to repair Ice maker Its not producing ice

Its a office space but we want to setup a small kitchen inside. There is no water connection available now. However we have a chiller system inside the office and kitchen, toilet in common area which is outside of the office.

My fridge is leaking water from the bottom. I need someone to check the cause (drain hole blockage, drain hose, or water tray) and fix it.

I need a plumber to come and help me to unblock a sewer in the bathroom.

We’ve purchased a new vanity unit from Bunnings and are looking for a licensed plumber and/or skilled handyman or cabinetmaker to help with the following: Scope of work: • Demolish and remove the existing vanity (including transporting it to the building’s basement) • Cut a square hole in the new vanity side panel to allow clearance for water pipes and a water meter • Assemble and install the new vanity (flat-pack unit) . Seal/install the basin/bench top and the tap mixer • Disconnect and reconnect the plumbing (must be done by a licensed plumber) • Install a new shower fixture and a wall-mounted soap holder (already purchased)

One burner out of 4 is not working : need help

I have got a new high press machine. Need to setup it properly and make it running.

While I was pressing the button to flush the toilet, one of the two buttons got stuck and came out of its original position. I tried to fix the button and put it back as it was before, but it won’t unlock or move back into place

Need the toilet seat to be fixed in Rose bay.
