connect our washing machine to our new home with no errors :) currently not draining

Looking for a licensed plumber to check and ideally fix two small leaks: * Kitchen sink: slow/minor leak underneath the sink. * Laundry: occasional small puddle near the washing machine — unsure if it’s coming from the hose, connection or plumbing. Neither is a major active leak. Ideally looking for someone who can diagnose both and fix them on the spot if straightforward. Please include call-out/labour in your offer. Parts can be discussed if required.

Toilet keeps running after flushing, noisy

Install new bathroom sink mixer, old mixer already removed. Please bring mixer tap spanner

Licensed plumber to fix hot water. The heat pump hot water system shows water as 59 degrees but the temp coming out of the tap is around 38 degrees. Could be the tempering value but not 100% sure. Require a plumber to identify the issue and fix.

Toilet / drain blocked with tissues I believe

We have a fixed shower head in the bathroom and would like to change it to a hand held shower head. We'll supply the new shower head. See picture 1 is the hand-held shower head that purchased. Picture 2 is the current setting (fixed shower head - needs to be changed).

Shower seal requires replacement (leaking into bathroom) and balcony grouting needs to be replaced (old and cracked). Balcony approx 2m x 2m

Toilet cistern wont stop running and needs repairing

The screws have come loose on shower bracket. They need to be screwed back in with wall/tile plugs and sealer.

I have a Quooker Flex boiling water tap with Pro3 boiler. https://www.quooker.co.uk/media/wysiwyg/Installation_guide_PRO3_B_UK_1.pdf This is a boiling water tap brought out from the UK, these taps are not sold in Australia. With the boiler connected, there is a constant boiling water dribble from the tap, probably from a leaking solenoid in the boiler. I am looking for someone h who is handy with boilers/plumbing to fix the leak.

I need someone to fix leakage on my shower handle

Must be qualified plumber Have an existing water cistern outlet that I need to connect to my fridge water line. The attachment of fridge line is too big and an adapter to convert the outlet cistern smaller leaks. It’s best if the whole tap is replaced to fit the fridge water line to avoid leaks in the future.
