Current faucet is loose and leaky. Would like to replace with a stainless steel faucet with retractable sprayer. No idea how to tell if it will fit. Have not yet chosen a new faucet…something like what is pictured

My Bosch Dishwater has small amount of water in bottom tray. Will appear to run as normal and then stop a few mins in and "check water" light will come on.

My toilet seat hinges have come loose, and I can't fix them as I don't have the specific tool to tighten - the fixings are not accessible from below. It is possible that the toilet seat can't be taken off - If so the seat might need to glued in with a silicon or equivalent - to keep in place. The other issue is a completely blocked bathroom basin - waste accessible.

2005 caddy recent purchase. Cold the clutch is perfect. Friction point low to floor pedal feels good, will loose pressure if hold clutch in as car warms up. When hot pedal loose pressure over time , comes back when pumped a few times and slips when hot only . Please quote with availability thanks

The sink has in-built plug and now I can’t open it. Drain is all blocked up but if plug can be screwed loose it should be easy enough to drain it.

The tap in our shop is working but the water is not flowing smoothly, ie very little water comes out of the tap. Need someone's help to fix this.

The drain underneath the kitchen sink has a very small leak that Trips only a couple of times while the dishwasher is on. Need a plumber to do a quick fix to tighten and check the pipes.

roaches and rats crawling in from cavities at washer outlet, sink, boiler floor drain. Pest control inspected the property and informed about these cavities and suggested I contact a handyman for this job ASAP.

Switch tap over to new tap, same manufacture / fit.
