These are interim repairs only, intended to protect the building until permanent remedial works commence in a few months. Primarily need to obvious holes in the membrane closed and walls capped. Scope of works * Patch and repair sections of the existing waterproof membrane where waterproofing has deteriorated. * Seal and waterproof parapet walls to prevent further water ingress. * Remove vegetation growing through the parapet wall. * Pressure clean affected areas before applying waterproofing products.
