I have already purchased the units; this request is for labour and necessary piping/fittings only. Hi, we have an old toilet cistern and sometimes after a flush it doesn't knock off and the water keeps running and the toilet bowl does not fill up. I can fix it for a few days but then it happens again and I can't figure out what's making it happen. It's not a massive job so I'm not paying $200 to fix it. It's a small job I'm happy to pay max $120 for.

We have just moved into a new house in Elsternwick, Vic. We tried to install the hot and cold taps of the washing machine to the taps under the sink but they are leaking (from the top top of the brass tap). Image of similar tap attached.

Need help installing an in-wall laundry outlet box using existing drain and cold water outlet from old sink. Also need the hot and cold outlet from the old sink closed off and hidden in the wall. Price is open to negotiation.

We have a front tap that is turned off very tight and we never use it due to leaking. We need it repaired. Probably needs a new washer.
