Find an experienced plumber in Darlinghurst

My toilet cistern has issues with the floating plastic parts (float/valve mechanism). The water isn’t stopping properly after filling, and I think the float pieces may need adjustment. Very noisy. Apartment is located in a bilduing in Sydney Darlinghurst, at the begging of Oxford St, very close to Musuem Station and Hyde Park.

The water supply hose to toilet cistern needs changing. Current one has a circular nut and having difficulty unscrewing it as it is in a very tight spot between cistern and wall

Toilet has been blocked due to using paper towels, after already using plunger and drain snake I can feel blockage it is not deep but have tried and cannot seem to fix I believe the toilet needs to be taken off and resealed to remove the paper towels. Toilet has been removed once before to fix a similar issue so it is able to be detached , there is access to mains. No sewage or in bowl or surrounds . Please quote me

After brushing the toilet bowl with the toilet brush, I flushed the toilet to rinse the brush but the head of the brush randomly fell off and flushed away. I flushed the toilet maybe 10 times and it flushed fine but I think with some toilet paper, it’s now filling up the bowl and very slowly draining. Think it needs like a snake thing to grab the brush head and pull it back
