One of the pipes in the kitchen is blocked and needs to be unblocked. Looking for someone with the right tools and experience to fix it. Please let me know your availability and price.

Remove small vanity and install new one

1)remove and regrout for 2 small shower bases 2)remove and regrout silicon for 2 shower screens 3) remove and regrout silicon along the floor tiles behind the toilet and bidet sink, regrout around the toilet. Only ensuite toilet. (picture attached) Pictures attached

Tap leaking from base. No leak underneath sink.

remove/ replace basin and wall hung toilet/cistern and caulk around them. New products have been purchased and are onsite.

Leaking water around two similar sinks appears to be due to sink basin movement rather than leak in pipes. Hose also leaking

Looking for someone to install water filters for homes/businesses

Connect up a hot water supply to my new washing machine. There is already an outlet for hot water; but it is only a single one. I’ve installed a splitter, but it is slightly leaking so would like a plumber to come and fix it

Two small jobs… one is to replace a pump to an under deck rainwater tank… pump has been purchased… the second is to replace the trap under the laundry sink where washing machine empties to and also put a down pipe on the left side so the flow is better draining from the machine… new washing machine and the plumber that installed it with the delivery suggested this is a much better set up..

There are 2 BumWash bidet hose to be installed.

The toilet is blocked need to fix now

I need help relocating a gas hot water cylinder at my property. Details: Move is within the same property. From 1 side of the unit to the other approximately 5 metres. Clear access to the unit. Job involves safely disconnecting, relocating, and reconnecting the unit. Will require licensed plumber. Must have experience handling hot water systems. All work must comply with safety and local regulations. Preferred completion: on a Wednesday or weekend (flexible with day). Budget: $500 max (labour + any minor parts needed).

Experienced roof plumber to help with roof flashings on colorbond roof. Hire on daily rate. Need to prevent water coming through the roof. Pic shown is a temporary fix, needs to be done again professionally. Thurs this week preferably. Quote daily rate thanks. Malvern East area.

Water tank pump working loudly

Two x taps need fixing due to leaks. First is the kitchen tap, which is leaking from the wall it’s mounted to (perhaps needs a new washer or O ring?). Second is the bathroom tap, which just needs to be replaced (new tap is purchased and ready to go).

I believe there is a leak in our gas hot water system. As you can see by the picture and our shower pressure is low. We only rent and dont want to bother the landlord with things that we can fix ourselves.
