the plumber must has ABN, is able to remove a kitchen tap mixer and install a new tap mixer at another place (around the basin, as the existing hole is rotten) on the bench top(need to drill a new hole on the bench top, which is IKEA laminate worktop), and seal the old hole permanently, avoid water leaking.

The toilet needs 2 things to be fixed. The pipe connecting the supply to the water holding area is leaking. Next, the flush button is not working properly.

Undo existing grate, insert pre-made silicone seal and put grate back on top. Product said to be quick, easy to install - but I guess basic plumbing experience would be helpful.
