I have one of those free shower heads installed but wanting to change it. I found a simple, easy to install shower head that will literally take less than 30min to complete (I’ve done it myself) but have moved interstate and my rental requires the new shower head) no drilling required, super easy.

If not, need the works rectified. What is needed to be certified: 3 bathrooms (which are completed), 1 laundry (only need rough certified), 2 kitchens (inly need rough certified). One bathroom is on concrete and will need camera, one is on concrete but narrow and all pipes exit outside (easier to check), the other is upstairs with good visual access underneath, as the attic space is next to it. kitchen and laundry can see easily as floor has been cut out in sections. Price plus additional $120/hr for any rectifications required. Payment only after certificate supplied.

My apartment outlet pipe has gotten out while i was moving back my truck, need that fixed.

My toilet seat is cracked and it need it to be replaced. It has been dislodged as well from one side from behind.

Supply and install new tap and install retractable hose (I have this) onto a brick wall within ~2m from the mains water pipes. I need the tap in my kitchen to be changed for a mixer tap I have purchased.

I need a licensed plumber to advise on and install a handheld bidet spray (bidet gun) in my bathroom. The toilet’s water inlet is inside the cistern, so the bidet will need to be installed via the floating vanity. The job will involve: Splitting the cold water supply under the vanity, running a flexible hose through a shelf to the bottom of the vanity, Installing a bulkhead fitting discretely at the rear underside of the vanity, mounting the bidet spray from the underside of the vanity. I can take and send any detailed photos on request. I’ll purchase the required plumbing parts based on your advice, so everything is ready for installation when you arrive. Looking for someone who can work carefully and neatly as my apartment is a rental and I’ll eventually need to remove this setup cleanly when I move out.

We have a blocked toilet that needs more than just a plunger. We believe the blockage is much deeper in the pipe line. There is also a hole where the bottom of the toilet meets the pipe that needs patching. Maybe mortar or expanding foam? Not sure.
