I need taps replaced in apartment. 1 x kitchen mixer 1 x laundry sink tap 2 x bathroom sink taps 1 x bath tap Happy to either purchase prior to or pay for the items seperate.

I need the tap in my kitchen to be changed for a mixer tap I have purchased.

I have a mixer tap in my kitchen which is leaking, likely needs a new cartridge. the model is VIMMERN from IKEA. I have a spare 35mm a 40mm cartridge which should suit. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 11 November 2022

My old tap was leaking (cartridge needed replaced), so bought a new tap from Bunnings - I thought it would be easier to replace the tap as I didn't have the tools for a cartridge swap and a new tap wasn't expensive. Everything goes well until I try to securely fasten the tap to the basin. Basically, if water runs around the top of the tap where the sink is, it leaks through the fixing and under the sink. The bottom of the tap and the O-ring looks exactly the same size as the old tap, so don't believe this is a problem. I just need someone who does this kind of thing regularly to do this for me, as they'll probably do it (properly) in about 2 minutes! - Due date: Before Friday, 21 October 2022

The bathroom sink plug is stuck down and I can’t get it back up. It’s the one that pops up and down. The shower head is loose and sprays out water and also comes off. It will need tightening. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 13 July 2022

We have a blocked toilet that needs more than just a plunger. We believe the blockage is much deeper in the pipe line. There is also a hole where the bottom of the toilet meets the pipe that needs patching. Maybe mortar or expanding foam? Not sure.
